ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
The receipt you will get by email does not automatically mean that Board Game Experience accepts the order and is not a confirmation that Board Game Experience agrees to sell you. Board Game Experience reserves itself the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with any customer and / or to fix a quantity limit for any item of an order. It may be necessary for Board Game Experience, and that at any time, to verify personal information or credit card before accepting any order.
We accept payment via the PayPal website. Major credit cards are accepted. You do not need a PayPal account to make your payment.
We do not accept checks or money orders.
The price payable for each product that you order is as set next to each product offered on the Site.
Freight and delivery costs, as well as all applicable sales taxes, are calculated online but can vary depending on exchange rate and external stakeholders which are beyond our control. If there is a change in one or many of these charges, you will be notified.
Board Game Experience reserves itself the right to modify, at any time, the prices of the products offered on the Site, without notice.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) currency.
The site displays all products that can be ordered online. Please note that some of these items may not necessary be in stock in Board Game Experience’s inventory at the moment you placed your order. In the event that your order turns out as incomplete due to out of stock items, note that it may be placed on hold until the missing products becomes available again before shipping out. If you are ever in a hurry to receive one or some items from your incomplete order, we recommend that you take these items out of your actual order and place them on a new separate order.
Board Game Experience does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the Site. If Board Game Experience can’t ship out items you have ordered due to insufficient in stock inventory, Board Game Experience will notify you via email and you will then have the following options:
Keep your order active and allow Board Game Experience to ship the product (s) out of stock without notice, and, from its (their) reception, in which case payment will be automatically deducted from your account credit card for this product (s) (s) before it (s) last (s) so you do (are) delivered (s) by the carrier selected by Board Game Experience. At any time before receipt by the Site (the) product (s) out of stock, you will be able to cancel your order by contacting us via the “Contact Us” section of the site. Please note that (the) product (s) out of stock will (be) command (s) from vendors than in the (s) day (s) after maintaining your order on the Site.
Cancel your order by contacting us via the “Contact Us” section of the website, in which case a refund will be made for this product (s) (s).
Board Game Experience will in no time responsible for any damage that you may suffer because of an out of stock.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Board Game Experience deliver the products ordered to the delivery address you transmitted when ordering. Delivery will be made by Board Game Experience as soon as possible after acceptance of your order, depending on the shipping method determined by Board Game Experience. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the shipment, the chosen method of delivery and product availability. Delivery times are estimated from the moment that the products leave Board Game Experience.
Delivery of products is subject to the rules of the delivery companies with which Board Game Experience does business, and the rules of any other company with which Board Game Experience can do business from time to time. If applicable, you are subject to the particular rules concerning the signing of an acknowledgment of receipt. If you are away from where you asked Board Game Experience to deliver the products, it will be your responsibility to recover the products according to the rules of the delivery company chosen.
Board Game Experience must have received full payment of the products be delivered to you before proceeding with their delivery.
In the event that the liability of Board Game Experience to you could be successful, it will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the products returned.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall not have the effect of limiting any right you may have as a consumer under any of the laws of public order that may be applicable in your case .
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to obtain a credit (for a future purchase) within 15 days following the purchase of a product, minus the shipping costs (the real cost if the items were shipped free of charge). You may send back your products, at your expense, if they are in perfect condition with all original packaging. We will evaluate if the products are saleable as new. If not, a penalty of 25% to 50% may be applied without notice.
To report a return, you must contact Board Game Experience by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All products received without a request will be refused and returned at your expense.
Products that cannot be returned: , as well as any product that we deem unfit for return.
Special orders can not be exchanged or refunded.
Board Game Experience will not be responsible for failure, in whole or in part, of any of its obligations to you, nor for any damage or loss that you may suffer if the non-performance, damages or losses result from a force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
